Yon has a strong voice which aids her with a strong and mature delivery. Our curator Herr Ferdy managed to track her down. Here is what this talented rapper had to say.

Where are you from?
I have lived in Korea since I was born. I live in Seoul.

How did you get your rap name?
I thought about a lot of names before. I was thinking I should have a rapname that has my name in it.
So I took only 3 letters from my name, Jung So Yeon and called myself, "YON".

How long have you been rapping?
Since September 2016, so for about 8 month.

Uhm, I never thought about it. Abroad it would be FKJ and Jorja Smith. in Korea, Giriboy, Samuel Seo.

Yes, I think I will release two EP's in this year. In fact, I only finished the song in one day.
Something seems to be of low quality, so I'm going to be working a long time.

In the music industry who do you look up to?

Too much ... If I feel that I am better than myself because I have low self-esteem. I do not know who to vote for.
